A gentle, supportive space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, where we come together each month to share, connect, and feel supported. Each session has its own theme - sometimes we walk mindfully in nature, other times we gather for tea, or explore tools like nutrition and sound healing. I co-host with a brilliant nutritionist, and together we offer simple, holistic ways to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and understood during this time of change.

One-to-one energy work using the Himalayan healing bowl.

This one-on-one session uses the healing vibrations of a Himalayan bowl to restore balance and release tension. I work directly on your body through the 12 meridians, calming the nervous system and clearing cellular tension and blockages. It’s a beautiful way to reset and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, revitalised, and more connected to your own energy.

Seasonal experiences and retreats take things a little deeper. They are slower, more spacious, and attuned to what’s present in the group, often guiding you back to yourself and the rhythms of the season. We move together in a way that is both playful and restorative.

Most classes can be adapted to suit your body. If you are living with a specific condition or injury, do get in touch beforehand so we can chat things through. Some health conditions such as epilepsy, pacemaker, pregnancy, or ongoing treatment for things like cancer or heart-related issues may mean that sound healing is not suitable so it is always best to check first.

Absolutely. My sessions are especially supportive during times like this. They help ease you out of a busy head and gently guide you back into your body, offering space to breathe, soften, and find clarity.
